6 Best White Label Review Platforms for Agencies in 2026

Selling review management to clients is a different purchase from doing review management. You are buying margin, reporting that carries your logo, and a system that will not embarrass you in a client meeting.

Six platforms here do that properly. Our main guide is written for businesses managing their own reviews. This one is for the agencies managing everyone else’s.

The three things that decide this, and features are not among them

How white the label actually is. There is a wide gap between a logo in the corner and a genuinely unbranded product on your own domain with your own sender addresses. Ask specifically what the client sees in the login screen, the notification emails and the exported PDF, because that is where a supposedly white label product usually gives itself away.

What the margin really is after everything. Headline wholesale pricing is rarely the total. Per-seat fees, per-location fees, message credits and onboarding charges all reduce the spread, and the spread is the business.

How long onboarding takes. A platform requiring two weeks per client is a platform that caps how many clients you can add. This is the constraint agencies underestimate most.

The six

Platform From Built for resellers Extra fees to model
ReviewGrower 5 a month White label available Invite caps on lower tiers
Vendasta 99 a month Yes, purpose built Per seat 30 to 65, wholesale, onboarding
GoHighLevel 97 a month Yes Email, SMS, phone and AI usage
Grade.us 110 a month Yes, purpose built Tier limits, Partner plan at 2,500
Whitespark 1 per location Partly, tools plus services Separate products stack
Broadly 200 a month Via Vendasta channel Quote only, annual

Purpose built for resellers

Grade.us is the strongest pure white label option at this price and has been since 2013, monitoring 100 plus review sites with a reported 70 percent reseller margin. Plans run from 110 dollars a month for a solo tier up to 2,500 for the full Partner reseller plan. Acquired by Traject in 2020.

It is explicitly not designed for end clients, which is a feature rather than a limitation: everything in the product assumes an agency sits between it and the business. Individual leadership is not transparent post-acquisition.

Vendasta is the larger version and the one to choose if reviews are one line of a wider service business. Founded 2008 in Saskatoon, rated about 9.3 on G2 for white label features, bundling prospecting, CRM, client reporting, product packaging, payments and fulfillment so a small agency can operate like a full service firm.

Two costs to model carefully. It is widely described as complex and unintuitive, with ease of use its lowest attribute score at about 4.2 and significant onboarding time. And total cost rises quickly once per-seat fees of 30 to 65 dollars each, wholesale product fees and onboarding charges stack on the base minimum spend. Model the real margin before committing, not the headline.

Where reviews sit inside a bigger stack

GoHighLevel is 97 dollars a month, folding review generation and a Reviews AI response tool into CRM, funnels and marketing automation. Founded 2018 in Dallas. The pitch is consolidating eight to ten tools into one, which is a genuine saving if you actually use the rest.

Usage-based charges for email, SMS, phone and AI bill on top of the subscription, so the true cost is hard to predict, the learning curve is steep, and email deliverability requires manual SPF and DKIM configuration per client. That last point is real operational work at agency scale.

Broadly starts around 200 dollars a month with a unified inbox across Google, Facebook, Instagram and web chat, and was acquired by Vendasta in March 2023, which gives it agency distribution. No published pricing and no free trial, and post-acquisition direction may prioritize the Vendasta channel over direct relationships.

Cheapest and most flexible

ReviewGrower starts near 5 dollars a month with a free plan and offers white label and agency features, monitoring 80 plus sites. Launched January 2022, so a short track record, and the company publishes no verified headquarters or physical address, which matters more when you are putting your own brand on top of it. Lower tiers cap email and SMS invites.

Whitespark is the local search specialist rather than a reseller platform, running since 2005 with more than 100,000 businesses served and a Local Platform from around 1 dollar per month per location. The Local Rank Tracker is widely regarded.

The structure is the trade: products are separate, so stacking Citation Finder, Rank Tracker and Reputation Builder runs roughly 86 dollars a month combined rather than one platform fee, and the Citation Finder identifies opportunities without submitting them. For an agency that wants best-of-breed tools rather than a suite, that is a reasonable arrangement.

What to test in the demo

  1. Log in as a client would. Look at the login page, the dashboard and a notification email. Find the vendor’s name.
  2. Export a report as a PDF. This is the artifact that reaches your client’s inbox, and it is where branding most often fails.
  3. Time a full client onboarding. Not a demo account, a real setup with locations and review sources connected.
  4. Calculate the margin at your tenth client, including every per-seat and per-location fee. The number at client one is not the business.
  5. Ask what happens to client data if you leave. You are the account holder, and your clients will ask.

The thing agencies get wrong

Selling review management as a monthly retainer and then not doing the work. The platform generates requests and reports, and nobody replies to reviews or acts on the reporting, so the client sees activity without outcomes and churns at month six.

Whatever you buy, the deliverable clients actually notice is replies and rating movement. The software makes those possible and does not produce them.

Platform notes are in the blog. If a client has a review that breaches platform policy, send us the link and we will tell you whether it is reportable before you promise them anything.
